Butrint (Albania) - Sunken boat
A sign posted near this pier said a boat takes you to Ali Pasha's Castle on the other bank. Well, when we were there all we saw was two boats sunken in the water...
Butrint was the site of an ancient Greek city, an Epriote city, a Roman colony and a bishopric from ancient times to the Middle Ages. It is situated in South Albania, not far from Saranda.
Butrintban az ókortól a középkorig görög város, római kolónia és püspökség volt, ma múzeum.
Sarandától és a görög határtól nem messze található.
